Synthesis and study of N, N` -(ethane-1,2-diyl)bis(1-phenyl methanimine) and thier complex derivative with in-vivo and in-vitro Bacteryal biological study

In this research, the synthesis and biological activity evaluation of N, N`-(ethane-1,2-diyl)bis(1-phenyl methanimine) as Schiff base with Zinc (II) dithiocarbamate complex are successfully reported. The suggested geometry around zinc ion centre was determined using selected unique physicochemical spectroscopic techniques. These include melting point, conductance, FTIR, UV-Vis, mass spectroscopy 1H-NMR spectroscopy. analytical well characterization data proves formation general formula [Zn(L)]2 is adopting tetrahedral about metal centre. Furthermore, present study carried out to evaluate antibacterial obtained ligand Zn against five strains bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Lacto bacillus, Klebsiella Pneumonae,and Salmonella typhi). results antimicrobial screening suggest that bases can show a considerable Staphylococcus pneumonia typhi while Zn-complex reported be more active all bacterial which used in test. each compound has been examined practically (in vivo) by treating burns rats infected tested aureus typhi), have shown signs good recovery at short time if it compared antibiotic Ofloxacin (OFX) same time.
